Centerpiece & ceremony rental
Centerpiece and ceremony arch rental in Tulsa
The pieces that fill a room: arch florals at the altar, flowers down the aisle, and a centerpiece on every table, rented, delivered and set before your guests arrive.
What we set up
- Ceremony arch florals: swags, corner clusters and ground pieces for a wooden arch, a metal frame or an open-air backdrop.
- Aisle and pew pieces: markers that carry the palette from the entrance to the altar.
- Reception centerpieces: low, tall or mixed, sized to your tables and your room.
- Sweetheart table, cake table and welcome sign florals.
Sizing pieces to the room
The same centerpiece reads very differently in a ballroom with 16-foot ceilings than it does under a backyard tent. In tall, historic rooms, taller pieces on stands pull the eye up and keep the room from feeling empty. Under lower ceilings and at long banquet tables, low arrangements keep conversation open across the table. Most Tulsa weddings end up with a mix: a few tall statement pieces at the head and sweetheart tables and low pieces at the rest.
Outdoor ceremonies and Oklahoma wind
Open lawns and riverfront spaces such as Gathering Place are beautiful for ceremonies and exposed to wind. Floor pieces are weighted, arch swags are attached to the structure rather than draped, and anything that could lift is secured. Faux stems also do not shed petals across your aisle when a gust comes through, which fresh flowers do.
Historic and downtown venues
Hotels and historic event spaces, including downtown Tulsa properties such as The Mayo Hotel and the Tulsa Club Hotel, generally come with set load-in schedules and rules about what can be attached to walls and fixtures. We ask your venue coordinator about those details up front, so setup happens inside the venue’s window instead of being improvised. Rented pieces also come out intact when the night ends, which keeps teardown fast for a venue that has another event the next morning.
Palettes that work with Tulsa rooms
- Gold, ivory and deep green for Art Deco spaces and the formal rooms of historic hotels.
- Blush, sage and cream for garden and estate settings.
- Burgundy, rust and dusty rose for fall dates, when outdoor venues peak.
Centerpiece and arch questions
How many centerpieces do I need?
One per guest table is the standard count. Add pieces for the sweetheart table, the cake and gift tables, and cocktail tables if you have them. Send your table count and we will total it up.
What size should centerpieces be?
Low pieces, roughly under 12 inches, keep sightlines open across the table so guests can talk. Taller pieces on stands, around 24 inches and above, work in big rooms with high ceilings. We recommend a mix when the room allows it.
Can you set up at a downtown hotel or historic venue?
Yes. Historic and hotel venues usually have set load-in windows, elevator rules and restrictions on tape, nails and open flame. Tell us the venue and we will ask the venue coordinator what is allowed before we plan the install.
Are ceremony arch pieces safe in wind?
Arch swags and floor pieces are built on secured or weighted bases and attached to your arch or structure so a gust does not move them. If your ceremony is exposed, say so and we will build for it.
