Bouquet rentalFaux & silk florals · Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Jenks, Bixby, Owasso
Rent bridal bouquets, ceremony arches and table centerpieces that look right in photos and stay that way from the first guest to the last song. We deliver, set up and collect, so the flowers are one thing you never have to think about on the day.
Why rent
July highs in Tulsa average 94°F and August highs 93°F (NOAA 1991–2020 normals), and spring brings wind and storm days. Fresh stems sag in an afternoon outdoor ceremony in that heat. Silk and real-touch stems look at 5 p.m. exactly the way they did at setup.
Every quote is itemized: bouquets, boutonnières, arch pieces, centerpieces, delivery and pickup. You can move a line up or down against your budget before anything is booked.
Full-service rentals mean the flowers arrive at your venue, get placed where you and your planner want them, and leave again after the event. Nobody in your family is carrying centerpieces to a car at midnight.
Faux rental vs. fresh
The Knot’s 2025 Real Weddings Study put average U.S. spending on wedding flowers at $2,800, with a median of $1,900. Here is how renting changes the equation for a Tulsa wedding.
| What matters | Fresh florist | Rental from us |
|---|---|---|
| Price | Average $2,800 nationally, up to $4,800 or more at the upper quartile (The Knot, 2025 couples) | Priced per piece and itemized, so you tune the total to your budget |
| Afternoon heat and wind | Petals wilt and bruise; stems droop in a long outdoor ceremony | No wilting; arch and floor pieces on weighted or secured bases |
| Color and style control | Depends on what is in season and what the wholesaler has that week | Chosen from finished pieces you review before you book |
| After the event | Flowers are discarded or hauled home | We pick everything up |
| Keepsake | Dried at best | Keep a bouquet or a few pieces on request |

Event flower rentalAcross the Tulsa area
Tulsa weddings happen in very different spaces: historic downtown hotels such as The Mayo Hotel and the Tulsa Club Hotel, the riverfront lawns and gardens of Gathering Place, estates like Dresser Mansion, and ranch and barn venues in Jenks, Bixby and Owasso. Each one changes how flowers should be built, delivered and placed.
A hotel ballroom needs load-in timing and elevator access worked out ahead of time. An open-air ranch needs weighted bases and wind-proof construction. An Art Deco room can carry bold gold and ivory pieces that would overwhelm a small garden. Start with your city page for the specifics.
How it works
A name, phone, email and a note about the event is all we need to start.
A written breakdown of every piece, plus delivery and pickup, within one business day.
Review finished pieces, adjust colors and quantities, and lock in the date.
Everything is placed at your ceremony and reception spaces before guests arrive.
After the event we pick up. No vases to wash and nothing to dispose of.
Common questions
Yes, when they are chosen well. Premium silk and real-touch stems are shaped and colored by hand, and the difference from fresh is hard to spot at ceremony distance or in a photograph. You will see finished pieces during your consultation, so you know what you are getting before you book.
As soon as your date and venue are set. Spring (April and May) and fall (September and October) are the busiest stretches for Tulsa weddings, and popular Saturdays go first. Shorter timelines are often still workable, so send your date and ask.
Rentals are returned after the event, which is what keeps the price below fresh. If you want to keep your bouquet or a few pieces as a keepsake, say so when you request your quote and we will price it separately.
Full-service rentals include delivery to your venue, placement of every piece where you and your planner want it, and pickup after the event. A lower-cost self-pickup option is available if you would rather transport the pieces yourself.
Silk and faux stems are not affected by heat, humidity or a passing shower, which is a big part of why couples choose them for outdoor ceremonies. Arch and floor pieces are built on weighted or secured bases for windy days, and we plan around your rain or tent setup when we talk through the venue.
Yes. We deliver across Tulsa, Broken Arrow, Jenks, Bixby and Owasso. Venues farther out are often possible, with a delivery fee that is listed as its own line on your quote.
Send your date and venue. You will get a written, itemized quote, not a catalog link.
